Allan is an experienced senior advisor in our Aldermane Adapt team focused on strategy, project management, change management and organisational development. He has senior level consulting and coaching experience in Australian local, state and federal governments and his expertise also spans across multiple industry sectors.
Allan has project managed or been a part of project teams that have undertaken major strategic reforms across government and industry. From major asset sales within the Australian Government to implementing world-wide business operating systems into mine-based assets of multi-national resource sector companies.
His past career includes roles as a Manager within KPMG’s Business Improvement Practice in Adelaide and as an Executive in the Australian Public Service in the ACT, Queensland and Western Australia.
Allan has a Graduate Diploma in Management (AGSM) and holds a range of certifications that support organisational development.
