Angelina is an experienced senior commercial lawyer specialising in complex Commonwealth government procurement, contracting, and probity.
Angelina has an in-depth understanding of government programs, processes and business needs from her experience working in and with Commonwealth agencies.
Angelina provides practical advice to clients for all aspects of the Commonwealth procurement and grants processes, including procurement strategy development, compliance with the Commonwealth government procurement framework and Commonwealth grants framework, development of approach to market documentation (including contracts), evaluating legal risk including tender compliance issues, negotiations, engaging with stakeholders, and contract management.
Prior to joining Aldermane, Angelina worked in-house for Commonwealth agencies (Services Australia), a national law firm and not-for-profit organisations.
