Georgia supports the Aldermane team as our People and Practice Manager. Georgia's professional journey began in the legal field as a legal assistant, where she gained valuable insights into law and administration.

Before stepping into this role, Georgia served as an Office Manager at a national law firm, where she enhanced her skills in leadership and team collaboration. Georgia has moved through various roles in law starting as a Legal Assistant transitioning to Office Manager. These roles equipped her with a robust foundation in managing daily operations and supporting legal professionals and client practices.

In her role as Peope and Practice Manager with Aldermane, Georgia is dedicated to applying this experience to enhance HR strategies, boost employee engagement, and support organisational growth. Her goal is to foster a positive and productive workplace culture, ensuring the team thrives and aligns with the firm’s strategic objectives.
