James is a personable, driven consultant with a background in legal practice, starting his career in criminal and commercial law before transitioning into project and program delivery. He now works across Defence environments, supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programs through governance, workforce, delivery and project management. James holds a Bachelor of Laws alongside a Diploma in Project Management and is looking forward to bringing that blend of legal grounding and delivery experience to the firm's growing service lines.
