Jim is known for his rigorous, logic driven approach to problem solving. He works with executive decision makers to cut through noise and surface the true sources of risk, value and opportunity—providing tested insights that create the cognitive space needed for deep strategic thinking. His work spans enterprise strategy, program and portfolio design, business architecture and operating models, and strategy to execution planning in highly constrained budgetary, governance and risk environments.
Jim holds a Master of Military and Strategic Studies (Strategy and Management) from the Australian National University, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of International Relations. He is a graduate of the Australian War College and has undertaken extensive professional education in leadership, operations planning and training design.
