Shaun is a Principal Consultant at Aldermane Adapt specialising in above the line major Program/Project management for Defence clients. Working across the capability lifecycle with a specific focus on frameworks that enable sovereign capability to deliver, achieved with and through international co-operation and arrangements.
His recent experience includes the establishment and development of the two largest and most complex Programs in Defence history. Supporting multiple concurrent planning efforts and activities, including foundational artefacts, design, governance arrangements, performance reporting, methodology and structure, he has built a reputation on achieving results and outcomes through complexity and uncertainty.
More broadly, Shaun has implementation experience across private industry enterprise IT Programs/Projects with an automation focus, supplemented by a Bachelors Degree in Business and Masters Degrees in Business and Project Management along with holding a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and multiple Program/Project Management industry certifications.
Prior to joining Aldermane, Shaun held senior roles across multi-national consultancies and internal advisory roles at ASX listed companies.
