Tristan is a specialist commercial, projects and infrastructure lawyer in our Government procurement and major contracts team. He primarily advises Defence on complex contracting arrangements, procurement processes, liability frameworks, and negotiations.
Tristan is skilled in complex drafting and negotiations in a commercial and projects context, and has drafted commercial transaction documents on a number of major acquisitions valued up to $100million. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice and support to his clients within tight timeframes, and excels at stakeholder management.
